Hiring Tim Hart was the best choice I could make. I had unfiled tax returns and Tim was fantastic. He guided me every step of the way and was very responsive whenever I had to reach out to him. Tim was very conscientious and diligent with every detail throughout the process and was always extremely easy to talk to and welcoming in his demeanor. So glad I found these NY tax attorneys! Although my case against the IRS with the US Tax Court was fairly simple, the tax liability I was potentially facing was huge, so I didn't want to take any chances with messing it up. Wow I reached out too Tim after consulting some big advertised tax agencies. Tim from the first call assured me he would take care of me. To this point, he has not dissappointed. He has been extremely understanding of my current financial situation and has been beyond reasonable. His fee was laid out to me up front so there were no surprises. Tim is above all the rest Timothy S. Hart is quite the special lawyer and not surprisingly that fact resonates with the many other reviews I have seen. He genuinely cares to help his clients and is patient in listening and conveying important information. After spending years trying to rebound from sales tax issues and consulting with numerous tax attorneys, I made a fortuitous phone call to Tim's office that turned things around for my wife and I immediately. Sales tax issues in particular are shunned by many attorneys but Tim explained the NYS Offer In Compromise process and more importantly - planned out a viable strategy in pursuing that goal. He explained the process and gave us pointers in submitting the OIC. Just as important to us - I want to emphasize that Tim's fee is very fair and affordable. Timothy Hart knows tax laws inside and out. I hired Timothy Hart because I was not getting my tax refunds owed to me because of identity theft. This went on for seven years. After I hired Timothy Hart, I received my money immediately. Timothy answered all my questions and worked very hard to solve all problems. He knows the tax laws inside and out.
